Admission criteria

The selection of participants will be made considering their motivation. Final answer about selection: April 8th 2019

Once selected, you will acces to the internal part of the website with details's program, speaker's information and other kind of education documents.

Equipment

We highly recommend attendees to bring their own laptop. It will be especially useful for the workshops and work group (networking and preparation of oral presentation).
No computer equipment will be provided on site, however a free Wi-Fi access will be available.

Fees

The early-bird deadline for application is February 15th 2019. After the date, the fees will be increased by 30%.

  • PhD applicants: 360€ / 470€ after February 15th 2019
  • Applicants from governmental institutions: 600€ / 780€ after February 15th 2019
  • Applicants from private institutions or companies: 1680€ / 2180 € after February 15th 2019

Free of charge for PhD students from the University of Strasbourg and Aix-Marseille

Fees include roundtrip bus transportation from the Strasbourg main train station to the meeting, accommodation, meals (breakfasts, lunches and dinners except for ALL drinks) and scheduled excursion/or social event.

Fees do not include costs of passport, visa, health insurance and transport to and from France/Strasbourg.

Payment

If the applicant has been selected to attend the school, then the registration fee must be paid to CERBM-GIE by 30th April 2019. The payment must be done on line by Credit Card, non-other way of payment will be accepted.

If the fee is not paid by this date, the organizer(s) will assume that the participant is not coming, and their place may be offered to another attendee.

Accommodation     

Attendees will be sleeping in shared rooms (doubles or triples).           

Any extra cost incurred by an attendee during the stay (including private expenses at hotel, private transport costs, private meals...) will not be born by the school organization.

Attendees will be under their own risk and responsibility if they arrive before Monday 20th May 2019 at noon or leave after Friday 24th May 2019 2:00 pm. The school will neither arrange for further accommodation nor will it cover any cost associated to the extended stay.
